Registration Fees
$400 Advance Workshop registration
$175 Advance Student registration
$800 Sponsor/Exhibitor registration
(includes exhibit table, poster board and workshop participation
for one person)
The registration fee includes workshop
costs, proceedings, and social
events (transportation and accommodations are not
included).
Late fee and Refunds
Late registration: $75 will apply to
registrations received after the 17 August, 2009 deadline.
Cancellation of registration: To receive a refund for cancellation, notice must be received
by 17 August, 2009.
Refunds incur a $50 processing fee and will not be provided after 01 September, 2009.
