Registration Fees
The registration fee includes workshop
costs, proceedings, and social
events (transportation and accommodations are not
included).
$425 Advance Workshop registration
$175 Advance Student registration
$925 Sponsor/Exhibitor registration
(includes exhibit table, poster board and workshop participation
for one person)

Late Fee and Refunds
Late registration: $75 will apply to
registrations received after the 16 August, 2013 deadline.
Cancellation of registration: To receive a refund for cancellation, notice must be received
by 16 August, 2013.
Refunds incur a $50 processing fee and will not be provided after 06 September, 2013.

Students
