A block of rooms has been reserved at the workshop hotel
at the rate of $107 per night for a hotel room and $157.00 for a
one bedroom suite per night (based on availability). Group rates
will be extended two days prior and two days following the workshop
dates of Oct. 7-10 (based on availability). Please contact the resort
directly to make your reservation; mention "USF - 4th Workshop
on Harsh-Environment Mass Spectrometry" to receive the
conference rate.
The hotel may fill up quickly, so we encourage you to make your
reservation early. To assure accommodation availability, reservations
must be received by the established cutoff date of September 7,
2003 before 11:00 p.m. EST. Rooms not secured by the cutoff date
will be released and all future reservations will be on a space
available basis at the prevailing room or category rate.
A nightly resort amenity fee will be offered upon check-in at an
optional charge of $12.00 for each hotel room or one-bedroom suite
and includes self parking, health club, daily coffee/local newspaper,
local calls/credit card calls/operator assisted access calls/toll
free calls, in room safes, property recreation and cabanas, domestic
in/out faxes and business center with Internet access. Should a
guest not select the resort fee at the beginning of their stay,
all of the above amenities will be available on a daily a la carte
basis, which would include a self-parking fee of $8.00 per day.
